You may have to double-check the ID and password that you’ve inputted to make sure they match up. If you still have your account on the old device, wait 5 days before trying to get another ID and password. Once you’ve received an ID and password, the game will not let you re-do it until after 5 days.

I want to tranfer my account to a new device, i wrote my id number and pass but its says error not hit user, and then another error that says 5 tries already, what should i do now???
