Your support to sales with money tells the creators and producers that you want to see continuous works from these actors and the people who made the stageplay. Getting video off the internet does absolutely nothing.

Hi, since the subtitles are embedded into the video file, I think the issue is with the media player that you are using. You can try viewing it through MPC-HC (Media Player classic) and updating the latest codecs with the K-Lite Codec Pack. Let me know if you run into further issues.
